What You'll Own
People Operations
Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to off boarding.
Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other People documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records within our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes and People administration.
Support payroll preparation and related administration.
Manage visa, work permit and renewal processes.
Provide day-to-day People support.
Ensure People policies, procedures and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate and simplify People processes through technology and AI.
Talent Acquisition
Manage recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate an efficient and engaging recruitment process.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Office & Employee Experience
Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment, system access and workspace setup.
Manage office supplies, workplace facilities and vendor relationships to ensure our offices operate smoothly.
Coordinate office-related purchases and invoices, ensuring they are submitted for approval and payment.
Support workplace health, safety and office compliance requirements.
Organise employee engagement initiatives, celebrations and company events.
Help foster a collaborative, welcoming and high-performing workplace culture across the organisation.
About You
You're highly organised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about creating a great employee and candidate experience.
You enjoy balancing People Operations with Talent Acquisition, take ownership of your work and are always looking for ways to improve. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and is excited by the opportunity to help build a modern People function.
4+ years' experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently and take ownership.
A collaborative approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to support wherever needed.
A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
Confidence using digital tools and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
Fluency in English is essential. Maltese would be considered an advantage.
